I've received several annoying calls from this number. I finally waited it out and pressed 1 to speak to an Agent - Shawn Harris (with an Indian accent) I was able to get some information out of him His employee number is 59. The name of the company is Card Services of America based in Orlando according to him. The company seeks to lower your monthly credit card payments if total balance exceeds 3500. None of my cards are no where near that amount. THis sounds like a scam. He didn't like me pressing him with questions and said that I did not sound interested in the offer and hung up on me.
