Received a call today but no message!

Caller ID look up on web says this number is Solution WCA.   Chicago, Ill.

Call is a recording that starts talking before your answer machine can start recording.  I hear part of a word before my machine started recording.  It said "You may press 2 to opt out, bu tif you're still here, guess what, you've been qualified to receive a $100 Wal-Mart gift card in exchange for reviewing a magazine offer.  For all details on how to claim your gift card, press 1 now to speak to an agent.  Press 1 now."

I reported phone number to the do not call people (as if it'll do any good).  I've never contacted any company about purchasing mgazines, I just don't buy them.
