Who called from 3128884884

Called my cell phone and hung up when I answered.

I don't know if this number is a scam or not I know that we have been getting alot of calls to our sell phones saying we have been approved for a loan. Now with all the online scamming I am not sure if this company is legit.

Um ...
If you have not applied for a loan, how can you be approved for one?
