Do NOT call these people back it is fraud. I got a message from them today claiming that they were investigating a report against me from social security ( well now they just committed a Federal offense) I called my Attorneys Immediately (thank God for pre-paid legal). I found out that the number 877-588-6669 goes to a company called PN financial, they are a fraudulent company and WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. What you Need to do (and this is per my attorneys, Wagoner, Faulkner and Judd) go to www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov and file a complaint. Next send a Cease and desist letter to them, they have two addresses, send a letter to BOTH addresses. PO box 1431 Skokie, IL 60076-8431, the other is 7330 North Cicero Ave. Ste, 219 Lincolnwood, IL 60712-1600 Make sure you letter is addressed to the PN Financial, attn. Nelson Macwan, also put attn: and then the name of whom contacted you, make sure you get a return receipt and send them the ORIGINAL but keep a copy for yourself. This company has stolen a LOT of money form innocent people it is time to stop them now.
keeps calling saying i owe money from a loan they say i took out of the community bank and that they will settle for half that the loan was for.sounds to good to be true but the banks don't work that way

got a few calls from this number wanting my friend to call them they said she may have cashed a fraudent check and I had signed for it somehow?? said they where from an attorney's office-John Sullivan,and all the people involved would possibly be subpoenad(scare technique)..they even gave a case number that sounded so official...I told her and she called them back and left her phone number..they did not call her back yet...the number was in the area of ILL.
the speech was slurry and fast. but the above posts sound familiar.
