I got a message from them today claiming that they were investigating a report against me from social security ( well now they just committed a Federal offense) I called my Attorneys Immediately (thank God for pre-paid legal). I found out that the number 877-588-6669 goes to a company called PN financial, they are a fraudulent company and WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. What you Need to do (and this is per my attorneys, Wagoner, Faulkner and Judd) go to www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov and file a complaint. Next send a Cease and desist letter to them, they have two addresses, send a letter to BOTH addresses. PO box 1431 Skokie, IL 60076-8431, the other is 7330 North Cicero Ave. Ste, 219 Lincolnwood, IL 60712-1600 Make sure you letter is addressed to the PN Financial, attn. Nelson Macwan, also put attn: and then the name of whom contacted you, make sure you get a return receipt and send them the ORIGINAL but keep a copy for yourself. This company has stolen a LOT of money form innocent people it is time to stop them now.
got a call from the same number. they were very rude was calling me names and using profanity. I snapped and they hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor but agin i was hung up on. called backed to to ask for the name of the company again they hung up on me. do not give these people your credit card info. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received a phone call from John Levin of behalf of attorney Ray Buchanan. I wasn't available, so he left a message. The name of the law firm was never revealed nor was the nature of the phone call. The message wanted me or my attorney to call 877-588-6669 to "avoid possible litigation in my county." (The 312 number was the actual number on my phone.) As far as I know, I don't owe any debts. Be very careful.
