this fraudulant sceme is saying you took out payday loans online and states you never paid it back, very scary they have your name phone ss# address call your local authorities asap.
Received vm stating I have committed fraudulant activity on the internet and to call this law firm before legal actions are taken. I have no clue what they are talking about.
Its legit firm i got a call from them and thought it was fraud but after couple of days i got to know that a Lawsuit was filed against me and was being charged all the legal charges.
They called my mother about a payday loan they said I took in June of 2009. This is the first I have ever heard of the so called pay day loan. I absolutely did NOT take out a payday loan in June 2009. Also, if I did they have my bank account information, why not just get their money back through my bank account? Are you telling me that they don't put that in their contracts? I called them and told them I know it's a scam and they better not attempt to sue me or affect my credit. I have had no other collections attempts by them. Why would their first attempt be a lawsuit?
