These are some sort of scam operation. They have an address from about 5 years ago & say I ordered 10-15 magazines & now they are collecting. Never happened! I usually don't answer & they leave no message.
I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM MALCOLM S GERALD AND ASSOCIATES ABOUT A LONE I HAVE WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF PHONIEX AND HAVE TOLD THEM MANY TIME THAT MY HUSBAND IS ON DISABILITY AND I HAVE TWO SMALL KIDS THAT I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF AND WHEN I CAN MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT I WILL DO SO AND HAVE ASKED THEM MANY TIME NOT TO CALL.AFTER READING ON THE COMPUTER I FEEL THAT THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND THEREFORE WILL NOT BE GIVING THEM ANY MONEY AND IF THE CALL KEEP COMING IN I WILL FILE HARRASMENT CHARGES.THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HEARTLESS. I HAVE ALSO HAD MY MOTHER-IN-LAW TALK TO THEM AND THEY WERE RUDE TO HER
Just had to say, The person who is getting calls about their unpaid "lone" from "phoniex" university, needs to go back to school and learn how to spell "LOAN" AND "PHOENIX"...sorry, I just had to comment, just found it amusing.
Total Card purchased an old debt of mine and hired this company to collect. See if your debt has been bought by Total Card. I plan to call them and have them tell their little project team to stop harassing me.
