Who called from 3129244317

Called at 12:05 pm PST but did not answer.  The caller ID showed Asia Pacific.

I have no idea who this is, but they hang up when I answer.

Computer voice said, "goodbye" and nothing more.

Boiler room, so loud I could hardly hear him. I told them my father wasn't available so they asked to speak to another male. Then they hung up.

Received a call from this number on my cell so no name showed up.  I've tried calling them back 5 times over the last 2 hrs. and all I get is "All circuits are busy, please try later."
