This number has been calling me more than 10 times a day, and there is never no one on the other line

Constently receiving calls from this number(312-940-7601) and doesn't answer when we pick up. They are calling up to7 to 10 times a day.

They are calling several times a day at all hours.  I don't answer but would like to know who is annoying me.

I am getting the same number and I answer but no one replies back and then responds with a weird outgoing message saying That the number does not exist and The top of the number says V12233012006
