I called this number back late in the evening. It seems they are a charity that asks for donations (as indicated by their recorded female response).

same as the others, rings twice and they hang-up....

Calling daily, hangs up after 4 rings, no messages

Calls on a daily basis and when answered, no one is there  -  I have called them to get them to stop calling but I cannot speak to a human being, just a recording.  This should be illegal.  They are driving people away from giving to these charities
