It's a financial scam. Report it to the FBI, TIGTA and FTC. These folks will call you with all sorts of schemes, etc. If they're in the U.S., these are the folks Trump needs to have tracked down and thrown in prison
This number keeps calling me and the message is just the phone number. I called the number back, heard music for about 1 minute and then someone a man answered the line. He had a heavy accent and said his name was Sam and asked why I was calling. I told him "someone keeps calling me from this number, so I'm calling the number back". He then asked me if I was looking for a 10K loan. That's when I decided to hang up.
