Same as the others posted: I received a call from this number w/ a voicemail about a supposed "serious legal issue". Received similar scam call about a year and half ago but from different number. Tip: never give your personal info to anyone who calls. You can also report these lawyer scams to the FTC via an online form.
Same here - 312-967-7706. She left the same message everyone else received. Been getting these frequently from different mid-west origins, but all with the same theme. I've blocked all of them and never answered one of them.
Received a call stating there is a legal matter withy name and social security number and that I need to contact 312-967-7706 immediately. Who are these people?
Unless you know for a fact you have a REAL debt in collection, these are criminals trying to extort money out of you. Tell them to send you something by US Mail or get lost.
Got a call from this # left a message that they were trying to file legal process under my name & social security, ask me to call back with my name & ss#. Obviously a scam for me to give them my ss# - nice try
