Just called me, too. I looked for this number  at another website for suspicious  callers - looks like this number 312- 971 2602 to  inform you about winning a "free cruise" . Most likely spam.

I didn't answer

Called two days in a row around the same time. Didn't leave a voice mail yesterday, but left one today but all it was was muffled static. I do not answer strange calls, so I have not picked up and the lack of message hasn't told me what it's about.

I got one today from this number too at 10:19am CST.  Did not leave a VM either.
