Blocking won't do much as it's a ghosted number. You reported a criminal with a ghosted phone number to whom? The DNC can only deal with legitimate telemarketers, not criminals. Did you report it to the FBI?
Called this morning and left a message to press 1 to go on the do not call list. What a clever way to verify my number! Needless to say, I didn't press 1...
It must be a cell phone. From my iphone I replied via text "Sorry, I can not answer at this time". The text was received but not iMessage. When I call back, I heard no ringing, nothing.
