Depending on what state you are from, they can not sue you after 4-5 years

I just received the same call word for word from the same gentleman, John Thomas.  It's got to be a scam. The calls are to coincidental.

Wages can also be garnished if you have a judgement against other types of debt like old credit card balances etc.

Received same call and voicemail as others. Conclusion: "John Thomas" or whatever name he is using is a con artist. Calls will continue to go ignored.

Received call from Mr John Thomas saying I owe serious legal debt. Faxed him a copy of a blank check so he can try to get my debt settled. Seems like a nice man. That was before Christmas does anyone know how long it takes to get it off my credit report? I also have a reverse mortgage can this affect the payments I get from them? Thank you
