Called but hangs up anyway.

I didn't answer this number as it has called several times before.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and is now on my blocked list.

Received this call at 10:42 a.m. on my cell phone.  Didn't answer and they hung up before voicemail kicked in.

Immediate hangup when answered. Added to reject list.
