Who called from 3129818296

Call never rang on my phone, just buzzed as a missed number.  When I called back, the VM stated that the mail-box was full.  My assumption - a mass dialer for some telemarketing scheme.

Got a call on August 1st from this number and a call today.  Don't know who it is or what they want but keep calling my cell phone repeatedly

Would not speak nor identify nor message made...simply listened on other end as I said hello three times and then hung up.

please block this number!

CALLED 3 TIMES! Once at 7 AM, then at noon and again at 2:15.
