They left a message giving me the last 4 digits of my social security number...he let this number #7890377CV and claims it is a docket number and from Santa Clara County....
I called them back and told them that if i do not receive something via mail....that this would be the first & last time that they will hear from me.
They have been bothering me for the last 2 years. I will not bite for their SCAM
Yeah I got a call too claimed she had court papers to serve, but turns out its a collection agency lieing. I am going to report them to FCC it is against the debt collections act to claims legal action you can't produce. I used to be a debt collector.
