They left a message giving me the last 4 digits of my social security number...he let this number #7890377CV and claims it is a docket number and from Santa Clara County....
I called them back and told them that if i do not receive something via mail....that this would be the first & last time that they will hear from me.
They have been bothering me for the last 2 years. I will not bite for their SCAM
I called the number back and the guy Cal Andrews said he was senior paralegal for JMK & assoc. told me my ss# my current address and my name, and proceeded to tell me i wrote a bad check 12/31/2007. Check n Go in Yuba County California. this is a payday advance and their own contract says they can't sue me. This guy says they are suing me for breach of contract. To top it off, he didn't tell me he was recording the conversation until I requested verification. I moved out of California in October of 2007. I hung up on the guy! So apparently this company JMK & Assoc. is suing me for breach of contract with Check N Go for something I didn't even do!
Mr. Armstrong from this company called my sister, and proceeded to leave a private and personal message on her phone about my 17 year old son, who has absolutely NOTHING to do with anything.
I called him back and told him he was a "piece of sh*t" for leaving such a message, and he told me, and I repeat, verbatim, "Your mother's a piece of sh*t!" Then he hung up on me. I called back and a supervisor answered, and I told him what had just happened. I plan on suing this company. Completely inappropriate.
