Who are these people?!? There is a very long list of numbers with the 313 prefix, followed by 000. What in the world can they possibly be doing with that many numbers? Outrageous.
I got 16 phone calls from this number yesterday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from 45 min apart to 5 and 10 min apart. I am sure it is for voter crap. It is none of there business who I am voting for.
This is City of Detroit Police Department - they did leave a message. I believe some callers can disguise their caller ID and they take only the area code of the area they are calling from. This was a legitimate caller but they disguise their ID when calling. This was a business call but the call type drop down does not supply this information.
