Get calls all the time from this number even though I'm on the do not call list. Says "ACS" in the caller ID...no doubt it's a scam as ACS doesn't take phone donations ... or so I've heard.
I just received a call from 313-203-8198 ACS. I agreed to mail a donation toward breast cancer. I was then told to hold on because another person would take the call, to follow though with my donation. The second female asked for my credit card number but I told her I would send a check. She said 'go get your check, so this will save postage' What!!! I repeated I would send a check..........she hung up. These females should be ashamed of themselves, and they better be concerned about their own breasts.
