I have dealt with this company and it was definitely a scam i called the Better bueiness bureau and made sure i was going to receive my refund which i did. Do not do business with this company i also spent a whole month tracking my order and everytime i got someone to speak to it was a different story and an a different voice and sometimes they even hung up.  They are not a reputable company cause reputable companies deliver with a credit line and can do a COD.  It took me a month an a half to get my money back and nothing but aggravation.  The people on this site who wrote good things about the company work for the company cause i even remember speaking to two of them and yes names are common but that's just to coincidental. i remeber most of the workers name Samantha ( she was on maternity leave and came back to work to lie to me once again and even hung up on me) Brenda ( called and she told me she was just the receptionist and nobody was in the office then i hung up and called back a second later and gave another electrical contractor name and said i wanted to place an order and miracously samantha was there a second later)  Heather Wright ( the fake salesperson who acts all sweet and innocent but she's the one who makes You take the bait) Patricia ( handles all the BBB complaint reports) Nancy ( the fake warhouse shipping dept who tells you the truck broke down and they don't know where ) Jeremy ( another loser who comes on the phone to feed you B.S) but a majority of them are woman..... Dont order with this company your better off paying the extra cost with your original vendors it will help you sleep at night. you can read how many other customers had problems with them on the better buiness bureau of michigan hence the point nothin but scammers.

We have been dealing w/this company since Jan 6, 2010 and I have never been do disgusted in my life.  What steps did you take to get your money back?  We sent them $10,000.00 and, to date, they still owe us $4,960.00.  I would love to take any and all action against this company and the owner to the fullest extent.

WE HAVE BEEN DEALING W/THEM SINCE JAN AND WE ARE EXTREMELY DISGUSTED.  HAVE YOU HAD ANY LUCK W/USING THE FBI?  IF YOU ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO BUST THEM, WE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN.
I SEE THAT MANY PEOPLE HAVE ALOT MORE INVESTED THAN US BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE WHOLE SITUATION.  WE SENT THEM $10,000. AND TO DATE, THEY STILL OWE US $4,960. -WHETHER IT BE IN MONEY OR MATERIAL, WE WANT THIS RESOLVED.

My company is  also am out 15,000.00 an yes they have stopped answering the phones today. Last week we were told that all shipmnets were being held up until the court case was settled any ides if the
civil lawsuit spoken anout in this blog was bropught tp court ?

We received mail from the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Cleveland Branch regarding "Amerisource Wholesale Supply, LLC, Amerisource Supply, Inc., Amerisource Industrial Distribution,  Amerisource Distribution & Amerisource Hardware, Inc."  The File No. is 290-CV-73448.  Their Phone No. is 216-522-1400.  The agent in charge is named C. Frank Figliuzzi.  They will send you a questionnaire to fill out if you have been victimized by any of these entities, which of course we all have been.  Fortunately, something is finally being done to shut these people down.
