Called both numbers back - your call cannot be completed at this time.

They called my cell phone today -- on the Martin Luther King holiday! I was hoping that at least today we might get a break from this.
Only half a dozen people have my cell phone number. I didn't answer the call.

This number is owned by Boadvox.  Broadvox was purchased by Onvoy which is owned by Zayo.  They are just the communications provider but this is who you complain too.  Here is contact info for them:

I would contact all three departments and waster their time.  If you send an email, be sure to use a nondescript subject for the email so they cannot easily weed through them but actually open it and read.

I have been getting calls daily from similar numbers & I block every single one but they just call back with another one. It's very frustrating but thank God for apps...I have about 35 numbers blocked at this point.  I put my numbers on the do not call list at least 10 years ago & these calls just started within the last month. I never answer & they never leave a message.
