I have previously blocked (313)-307-4199, and have now received a call from this number with the last digit switched out.
Reminder: do not answer or call back. As I understand things, it establishes a "business relationship" with the caller, voiding what little authority the DNC list may give you.
Received call from 313-307-4196 about one hour ago. Did not answer. Have received calls from this number in the past. Since I have never answered I have no idea want type of call this is other than what prior comments indicate. So, I can only guess this is a telemarketer call. It would be nice if someone can figure out how to keep this character from calling.
Received a call from this number followed by a voicemail where someone said " You don't call, you don't..." and then disconnected. Sounded like a friend but all my friend's names are in my contact and this came up as just the number.

Robo Call on cell phone. Didn't answer. Left message saying something about free trips and then asked if I had a credit card. People have to fall for this crap otherwise they wouldn't keep doing it.
