This number called my cell phone asking for "Jeff" -- someone who may have had the number at one point before mine. When i asked if it was a debt collector, the lady ignored the question and said, "Maybe you can help me," and went into what seemed like a sales pitch for a charity. I told her i wasn't interested and to add my number to her do not call list and hung up on her.
They called us @3:30pm 10/6/2015, ask for my daughter name but they were told she was not her & asked to leave a message, they hung up. I tried calling the number back, I get the message "your call can not be completed at this time, please check the number and try again". It is scam
Said they are Breast Cancer Research and Support Center. They asked for $15 and I asked where they are located and they said Las Vegas. I told them I am not interested
just received a call from this number...I was on another call and could not pick up the call. they did not leave a message. I tried to call back from a different phone number (after reading all these posts) and got the busy signal. sounds like a scam to me.
