left a voicemail saying to reactivate your car warranty press 1. if you purchased your car from 2005 to 2012 press 1 for yes or 2 for no. then it cut off.
likely scammers talking about auto warranties. It's useless since pressing 2 allegedly removes me from their call list, but all it probably does is confirm that I'm there so that they can pass the phone number on to 100 of their buddies to try and scam me later. Pressed 2 anyway, but this won't be the last time I receive this exact same call, just from a different dummy number.
On a related note, I've been harassed by Indian scammers at 8132020123, a fake phone number. I've heard they are identity thieves. I'm able to block them on my phone, but I hate that I still get notices that I missed a call from them. If I didn't want the call, I didn't miss it. I'll be buying a new phone anyway, but since it's Tracfone, it'll be the SOS. Same ol..
