I checked out KBB yesterday, and these guys called today.  Wouldn't talk or respond, however.

Sept. 10, 2013  They robo called my work cell with a huge warning that my car warranty was about to expire; press 1 to confirm age of car, then 2 for something else, blah, blah, blah.  I have never given out this cell number or used it for any registrations, so I guess that they could be sequentially war-dialing.
