Caller ID showed OHIO CALL. Didn't leave message. I think this number is "spoofed" I've received several phone calls w/n message left Caller ID may or may not show CUSTOMER RELAT.. a bogus phone number or my phone number! No message but background noise suggests the caller is outside or internet static; recording lasts for 8-13 seconds b4 disconnect.
Many of these low-lifes are just out of prison on probation / parole--and this is the only fast hire job they could get. Their job is simple: Make as many calls a business day ( and sometimes, weekends ), as you can--evidently, it's NOT a problem if everyone NEVER answers. Otherwise, you have ex-cons SCAMMING their current boss(es)....and how fracked up THAT'd be???
If it's any consolation: These scumbags get fired after a few days--because doesn't take long for their boss(es) to wise up and see they're calling homes that NEVER answer their calls; 90% of these fired scumbags are hauled off back to prison.
So you're doing your part to see that happens--by simply ignoring every scam call. Keep up the good work there!!
