Possibly Belle Tire 19400 Grand River Ave Detroit , MI 48223-1221

All they do is hang up sometimes as soon as I answer sometimes after I have said "hello" 2 or 3 times.. This happens up to 4 times a day.

I just called the number back and told them never to call out number again that it's harrassment - they don't even have the common courtesy to speak to anyone when they call and just hang up. The guy "Charles" was not fased at my request and hung up.

I just called the number back and they say it is Consumer's Energy regarding a natural gas bill.  The guy on the phone was a complete a*%!

I keep getting calls from this number (313-450-0705).  I have never taken their calls.  My caller ID says they are Uitelity, LLC
