Searching this number on Google turned up many complaints from 'victims' of this number and the business associated with it.
If enough people complain about them, an investigation will be done.

I have been getting many calls on my land line and no one is ever there. Just music. Call them back and "We are having tech. difficulties, please call back later." So annoying!!!
I received several calls on my cell phone within the last week from 313-450-1391. I answered twice and heard only recorded music, so I hung up right away. The other times, I did not answer. I hope this company can be stopped. Thank you.
