Here is what I found out from someone else that was getting calls from this number and what it is called. Here is the link. I had called the number back and got the name and googled it.Here is what I found.

Received call, answered, on land line. Telemarketer says I have won $1000 online shopping. I answered a Wal-Mart shopping survey, saying I would qualify for a $1000 Shopping spree, and that's how they got my number - Wal-Mart is responsible for this problem - there never was a survey - just questions: if I was diabetic,a smoker,interested in credit cards, loans, beauty products, clothing products, health insurance, car insurance, and so on. I never got to the survey, but I now receive 50 to 75 spam messages daily. And I get the 313-450-1391 several times a day regardless of whether I am on a DO NOT CALL list on land line and cell phone. I am contacting Wal-Mart - and it is Wal-Mart - the survey was on my sales ticket, asking me to take their survey. NEVER AGAIN! WILL I BE THIS STUPID!
This number calls me at least once a day. I answer and say hello at least 3 times and then the call hangs up on me. Getting tired of getting a call from this number and no one on the other end. Plus I do not know anyone in Detroit
