Who called from 3134561420

Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID said "Cadillac Place."  I haven't had a Cadillac in two years so I know it's a scam.

Cadillac Place is a high rise office complex in Detroit....Any way received a voicemail from this number and the person said they were calling from the unemployment agency.

State of Michigan.  Used for outbound calls only.  Michigan Court of Appeals, UIA, administrative judges, and a couple Michigan Supreme Court Judges have offices here.  I got a call, but no message was left.  You think the state would at least leave a message.

Figured out why I was called.  The Secretary of State has a call center in the Cadillac building.  Was called about my vehicle.

Just called State of michigan and they said that they dont call, they send letters and if they do call the area code is 517 not 313. She said that it may be a scam and to not give them any personal info. They called about a school loan and i paid mine off 8 years ago.
