Person that totally butchered my name and then got disconnected. Sounded like a crowded call center.

got a call today.  I answered but received no response.  When i tried to call back got a busy signal

I answered and they hung up?

They asked for a name that sounded like mine, but wasn't and when I said there's no such person they hung up.  577 is Wayne State University exchange in Downtown Detroit.  I think its the Alumni Group.

Showed up on caller ID as Wayne State University (which is where I go) and they said my name but asked for my parents.
Phone line was disconnected, tried calling back but kept getting a busy signal.
