I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Call comes in with Automated voice saying they want to talk about lowring credit card interest rates. When connected to a live operator, any quesitons about who the company is or which credit card they are talking about, they hang up.
Got this call on a Friday evening. I pressed one to see what this nonsense is about, especially since my phone is listed not to get solicitation calls.
So the guy gets on the line and offers to lower the interest rates on my credit cards. "Which credit cards?" , I ask. "All of them . . . " he continues. I interrupt with "Please put me on your do not call list!" He says "We don't have one of those." I said "What is your company's name?" He hangs up.
So basically they broke the telemarking laws at least twice! These people are bogus.
