I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

i got a call 2 minutes ago when picked up the machine was talking to offer a low interest rate in my credit card account. interestingly, i have no credit card account opened, hahahah ----. when i called back the circuit was busy, hehehe --- this is a BIG SCAM going around. be careful people out there, don't get yourselves victimized.
Got a call last night on my cell phone, that has its number resistered on the "National Do Not Call Listing", from this number. Tried calling back, keep getting a "All circuits are busy now, please try your call later, 1123."
They just contacted me about 11:45 a.m....This was an automated call. The message said to press 1 which I did...a man got on the and I asked who is this that's calling on my cell phone, and he immediately ended the call. I tried calling back, but the line was busy and has remained that way.
Also, I see where someone said it's a debt collection agency, but I has no outstanding debt at all. So, I honestly don't know what type of possibly fraudulent company this may be.
