Got a call from this number that went to my answering machine ("we can't come to the phone right now. If you are not a telephone solicitor, charity, or political caller, please leave a message after the tone.") but no message left.
Call is from a scam charity known as "The Childhood Leukemia Foundation." According to the Charity Navigator website, a non-profit objective organization that rates charities, they have a terrible record of actually helping children with leukemia and only give a fraction of the money raised to children in need. Most of it goes to pay executive salaries; hence, the reason Charity Navigator gave them ZERO out of a possible four stars.
