Called our landline at 5:29 PM. Caller ID read "Detroit MI," so I assumed it was some sort of solicitation or scam. I let the machine pick up. No message was left.
Called 3 times in 3 days...no message left. Judging from other messages, I would assume that it would be the "childhood leukemia" "charity", whose only "fundraising" is to pay the commissions of the telemarketers, rather than to actually help with childhood leukemia. I never give donations by phone, nor give credit card or bank information out. Beware.
This number calls several times weekly - I am on Nat'l do not call registry. I NEVER answer - with the hopes they'll remove me soon. After months - I am giving up hope and getting frustrated.
