Just got a call from them. They hung up so I called back and got a recording. Pressed 1 which connected me with an operator. As soon as they get you on the line, they say "Hello what's your first and last name?" I decided to have some fun with them and called back several times asking them what their first and last name was and telling them that I was from the redemption center to offer them a $100 reward card. They propmtly hung up. I guess they don't like getting calls from telemarketers or phone scammers.
Same as other reports. Missed call. Left no message. I then googled the number. Thanks to all for reporting this number as a scam. My question is: Are people really so stupid they would actually try to buy what ever crap these idiots behind this are selling? My answer is yes. Remember all the suckers sending money to Nigeria a few years ago?
I got a call on my cell phone from this number. It rang a couple of times and hung up before I could answer it. On my phone's call log, where it usually shows arrow icons to indicate incoming or outgoing calls, this call just shows a circle with a slash through it - - assuming this means that caller ID is blocked.
