I got a fast-busy tone, which is a disconnected line tone used by phone companies. That means these professional criminal felons are able to spoof the number. Helpful Hint: NEVER answer any call on your cell where the number isn't already in your cell's phone book. And don't call the number back either unless you've verified it via an online search and also looked here on 800Notes.
Called my 11 year olds phone and when we told her he was 11 and asked to be removed from the list the guy in the phone called her a [***] and told her to [***].
Make a police report and download a free call blocking app to that phone. instruct your child that they should never, ever answer number is they don't know who it is. Let it go to voice mail.
I GET CALLS FROM THE SAME NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I ANSWERED AND IT WAS THE IRS, THAT I OWED THEM MONEY AND THEY WERE GOING TO TURN MY FILE OVER AND FREEZE MY ACCOUNTS AND ARREST ME AT WORK. I LAUGHED BECAUSE I HAD JUST FINISHED PAYING OFF THE IRS. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CONFIRM THE AMOUNT AND ASKED OTHER QUESTIONS HE HUNG UP ON ME.
I ANSWERED TODAY AND IT WAS A RECORDING ABOUT LOWERING IN CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATES. SO I PRESSED ONE. 1ST THING HE ASKED ME WAS FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER.... SO I SAID WHICH ONE HE SAID VISA MASTER CARD... I SAID WHICH ONE HE SAID CHASE AND CAPITAL ONE! I HAD ENOUGH OF ENTERTAINING HIM SO LAUGHED AND TOLD HIM TO GO _______ HIMSELF AND TO NEVER CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN!

Thanks you for the information. Please do not types in ALL CAPITAL letters as this translates into YELLING and does offend people, and when you yell, people have a tendency to not listen to what you are saying.
Also since you pressed 1, you had better block the number as you will be getting more bologna calls.
