Who called from 3139385721

I'm in Winnipeg Canada and I'm repeatidly being called by them on my cell. They're about the only scammer calling my cell phone.

Just got this call again. Second time they call, and never leave amessage. Provider is rogers and live in calgary alberta.  Never answered call..

I changed my voice-mail to say Hello!  Hello? I cannot hear you... I got multiple calls different #'s of this scam and finally it worked, it left a message saying I won a trip to Bahamas but after filling a survey or press 9 to remove from list... junk, scam and telemarketer

Is there anyway we can stop or block these calls?  I get almost as many junk calls now, on my cell, as I get real calls.  Good news is that I get fewer junk calls on my landline!

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer.
