Received twice this call which is missed and no messages!!

I got a call twice from this number in the same minute both times it rang once n called back immediately but I wouldn't have answered them even if I did have the chance so who do I call to report them n what's the phone number?? Please n thanx for the help

Calls and harrasses

got a call from this number on my cell phone, but no message left.  Bad enough scammers and telemarketers call your land lines, but I'm p o'd they're now calling my cell phone too!
