I am listed in the Canadian Government anti phone spammers but these companies don't give a dam and still call anybody in search of suckers and believe me, there are a lot of them waiting for an occasion to get scammed. The telemarketers don't mind the law as the only acceptable proof in court is the phone number that links them. So, they steal numbers and program it as the call back number.
