Who called from 3139385721

Called me in Toronto on wind network at 6:33pm, didn't answer and no voice mail left.

Stop calling me.

Just received this call, I'm in Ottawa, ON.  I 'swiped' to answer the call but didn't say anything and the call ended in a couple seconds.

this # 313 938 5721  phoned me saying i won a bahamas cruise , all i had to do was take a short survey, after 4 ?,s they said i won 2 boarding passes and select 1 to receive a call with details .
so is this a scam ?

They called on many occasions, I answered once, and a recorded message kicks in trying to lure you into thinking you have won a cruise. Primitive!
