I got a call from this number, answered t and the party disconnected immediately.

I don't know the number. I do not answer it. You don't leave a message. I will not return your call. I am sure if it's some FABULOUS Deal that all I have to do is just give you a little money. NOT HAPPENING!!! And now you are Blocked.

Another of those "reduce your interest rate on credit cards" calls.  Hung up and blocked.  Reported number.
