I've been corresponding with a guy on christian mingle with the same story. His name is Christopher Wanyo from California. He sent me his number and asked for us to text and talk. I did not give him my number yet...I decided to google his name and his number and found your post! What a jerk! We need to report him to both websites as a scam artist.

Let's get this guy!  Go to IC3.gov  and file a complaint.  That's the site for the part of the FBI branch that investigates internet fraud.
Today has been a pretty big day for this guy.  Poor thing!  His crew didn't close their lines off correctly, and there has been massive damage to their equipment!  He's asking for money right on schedule!

He has a wonderful, almost French-sounding accent.  From what I can tell, he's in America right now, though.  Have you spoken with him?
