Who called from 3152033921

Got a call just a few minutes ago.  Said it was a Free Grant for paying my bills on time and being a good citizen.  $7000.00,  The guy's name given was Gary Banker ID #113  the ID# to receive the money is RA1142.  I don't know what this means, but its the information I was told by this guy.  I check on line before calling them back.  Glad I did.

Second time I've received this type of call.

Got a call from an 'unknown' number saying the us government selected me to receive 7000 dollars. It's a joke, scam, [***] just wish scammers would stop calling me!

Where can we report these scams to? To get them busted.

They call saying I qualify for a federal grant with a 5-digit code. Saying call 3152033921 with the code to claim money.
