There is NO grant..just an attempt to steal your money.  To obtain a  grant you need to apply for  it.

Got call from unknown number saying I could receive 7000 if go to Walgreens and register with the federal bank of New York with a fee of 250

I let someone borrow my chrome book and there was an error message on the screen saying there was a virus installed on my device. It said to call (315) 203-3921. I did then thought to Google first so I hung up. They called back from an unknown number and said they were from Microsoft and needed my info to help me... but when I said I didn't have anything Microsoft they said it was from Apple and he urged me to give him my info... so I just hung up.... I really need to find out where to report this phone number to, because it seems like everything in all the previous comments points to SCAMMERS!
