I received the same message today. I have a lawsuit pending attached to my social security number and was told if I do t call back by June (it's now July) then good luck to me... Firstly, I don't take to kindly to threats. I called back and some guy who claimed he was the supervisor for the law firm answered and didn't have a clue. Told me I better wait until tomorrow to talk to Jeff Scott. I asked for him to transfer me to the person that call. If you pay attention the same person who answers the phone is the same fool that calls and leaves a message. I asked to be transferred to "Jeff Scott" and I was told his extension is busy and his mailbox is full... Really? And after I started saying something doesn't sound right I would mysteriously be disconnected. I called again and was supposed to be transfered to "Jeff Scott" and another person came to the line, this person sounds like the "supervisor" and "Jeff Scott". Now I call and no one answers. I don't know about you guys but most law firms answer their phones and if they are not there shouldn't a voice mail pick up? My plan is to annoy this butt hole like he did me.
i just recieve a call from an unknown number,leaving me a message to call 315-203-3939,telling me that there is a law sue against me and that i need to respond promptly,if not wishing me good luck.also saying that they have my social security number.he says his name is Jeff Scott from Danecki law firm
These guys have been calling me for a while now! I reported it to my local police as harrassing, and the DA's office called me back saying these calls are international calls. They are scams, trying to get people to confirm their SS numbers, and trying to get your birthday, address, confirm your name, and get your bank account numbers. They can use this information to transfer/reroute all deposits, etc. Please do not accept these calls!
