Who called from 3152174286

315-217-4286 call several times a day.  Don't answer and they never leave a message. Skaneateles,  NY is where the call says it is coming from.  How can I block all these unwanted and unsolicited calls.

This number called my cell phone. I didn't answer. The caller didn't leave a message.

Claim to be the sheriffs (of where they don't say) soliciting donations.  I have been told by my local police department that they do not solicit over the phone.  I have had this call before from different numbers.  I believe this to be a scam.

This call claimed to be from Skaneateles NY. Skaneateles is a small town in upstate New York and not an individual or business.  They left no message.

The ID read Skaneateles, NY and have received this call before.  I did answer it.  I do not remember the man's name who claimed to be from a Sheriff's association.  It was a very bad phone connection.  When I said you are calling for money he hung up.  In my opinion this is a scam/spam/fraud.
