Would like to receive my money back if they can't honor what you told me what I spent $250 in order to receive the money that they promised me all the grant that was promised to me now they are asking me for another $725 in order to receive what I spent the $250 on it was all that I had I'm heartbroken heartbroken

You have a better chance of seeing God before you die than getting your money back. A little research before you gave them the money would have saved you a lot of problems.

Grant scams:

The government does not call people up and offer them free money because you paid your taxes on time, have never been arrested, have paid all your bills, or whatever excuse they can make up.  In order to get a grant you need a valid reason (not one of the above and not just because you need money), you have to fill out tons and tons of paperwork, wait a long time, and might not even get the grant in the end.  If you are lucky enough to get the grant after all that paperwork, they do not ask you to pay taxes, transfer fees, or any other types of fees.  Also, please note that the government would never ask you to pay these so called taxes or fees to some anonymous person using Western Union, Moneygram, or any of the cards such as iTunes cards which is a new favorite among foreign scammers.

BigA already covered it well enough, but the bogus offer is meant to sound like music to your ears and one you can't refuse. However, "grants" over the phone are the kind that take instead of reward. Ain't no such thing as a free lunch as quoted by a wiser poster here. All apologies to you, but the only way you'll have any chance of seeing your money is if the transaction was done through a debit or credit card. You'll have to notify either immediately.
